Dan Seideman joined Endicott Growth Equity Partners as a Principal in October 2020. Mr. Seideman has over 20 years of experience in technology-enabled information services and financial industries. He joined SNL Financial in 2005, leading product management for the Media & Communications, Energy, and Metals & Mining divisions until its sale to S&P Global (formerly McGraw Hill Financial) for $2.2B in 2015. While at SNL, Mr. Seideman managed divisional strategy, operations, product management, and P&L during a period of rapid global expansion and double-digit revenue growth. At S&P Global, Mr. Seideman led M&A, divestitures, strategic investments, and strategy for the Market Intelligence division. He also created and led the Innovation & Strategic Development function, building S&P’s market presence in technology and developing a technology M&A evaluation process. His acquisitions, investments, and partnerships drove scalable business value from technology-enabled information companies focusing on next generation data technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced data processing capabilities. Previously, Mr. Seideman was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers focused on media and communications and currently, he is a member of the Charlottesville Angel Network, an active early-stage investment network. Mr. Seideman has a BA in American Studies from Amherst College.
