Mike Chinn joined Endicott Growth Equity Partners as a Partner in 2019 with over 25 years of experience in the information services sector. He began his career as an analyst at SNL Financial and rose to lead the company as President in 2000 and then CEO in 2008. Mike led SNL through successive phases of rapid growth, scale, and global expansion. After completing a recapitalization transaction with New Mountain Capital in 2011, SNL doubled revenue to almost $300M in four years through strong organic growth and several acquisitions. In 2015, SNL was sold to S&P Global for $2.2B, and Mike was named President of the $1.8B revenue Market Intelligence division where he and the leadership team significantly improved organic revenue growth and profitability.

Wayne Goldstein co-founded Endicott in 1996 and its various investment vehicles – both hedge and private equity investment funds. Wayne has extensive experience working with management teams on executing operating strategies and maximizing shareholder value, implementing capital markets strategies including IPOs, and executing merger & acquisition transactions. Wayne also serves on numerous boards, both public and private. Prior to Endicott, Wayne was a Managing Director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P. specializing in investment banking for financial institutions. In addition, Wayne has extensive non-profit board leadership and governance experience.
Wayne graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Economics, and from New York University with an M.B.A. in Finance.

Will Pappas is a Founding Partner at Endicott Growth Equity Partners, L.P. Will has spent over 25 years in the information services and software industry. Prior to Endicott, Will was Chief Commercial Officer and part of the management team at S&P Global. S&P acquired SNL Financial in 2015 for $2.2B, where Will was instrumental in growing the company’s revenue from $20M to $300M. After leading the commercial organization at S&P Global Market Intelligence (SNL+CapitalIQ), Will led sales at Kensho Technologies, a machine learning and artificial intelligence start-up that sold to S&P Global for $550M. Previously, Will worked as an investment banking analyst at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P., as a salesperson at Multex.com and founder of Y-Merge, a data analytics company that was sold to SNL.

Rob Usdan co-founded Endicott in 1996 and has spent over 30 years advising or investing in different companies. Throughout Endicott’s operating history, Rob has been instrumental in leading its hedge and private equity investment funds. Rob has extensive experience working with management teams on executing operating strategies and maximizing shareholder value, implementing capital markets strategies including IPOs, and executing merger & acquisition transactions. In addition, Rob serves on numerous boards, both public and private. Prior to founding Endicott, Rob was an Associate Director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P.

Dan Seideman joined Endicott Growth Equity Partners as a Principal in October 2020. Dan has over 20 years of experience in technology-enabled information services and financial industries. He joined SNL Financial in 2005, leading product management for the Media & Communications, Energy, and Metals & Mining divisions until its sale to S&P Global. Dan managed divisional strategy, operations, product management, and P&L during a period of rapid global expansion. At S&P Global, Dan led M&A, divestitures, strategic investments, and strategy for the Market Intelligence division. Previously, Dan was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers focused on media and communications; currently, Dan is a member of the Charlottesville Angel Network, an active early-stage investment network.
Dan graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in American Studies.

J. Michael Gibbons is a Vice President at Endicott Group and is responsible for the execution of the investment Strategy. As such, Michael sources potential investments and oversees the financial analysis and due diligence process. Prior to joining Endicott in 2009, Michael was an analyst at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Equity Group; Hudson Insurance Capital partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the insurance industry; and Booz Allen Hamilton, as a Consultant in the Economic Business Analysis Group.
Michael graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics.
Bradley Maneely is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Endicott Group. Brad oversees the financial and regulatory aspects of Endicott as well as the legal and documentation phases of investment transactions. Prior to joining Endicott in 2009, Brad was the Chief Financial Officer at Hudson Insurance Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the insurance industry. Prior to Hudson, Brad was a Senior Manager at Meisel, Tuteur & Lewis, P.C., a New Jersey-based public accounting firm, where he spent ten years focusing on the financial services industry. Brad is a New Jersey licensed Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
Brad graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Sean Higgins is the Controller of Endicott Group, responsible for the preparation of fund accounting, the oversight of fund administration, and other fund level service providers. Sean manages the accounting for internal management company entities. Prior to joining Endicott in 2015, Sean was a Manager at Meisel, Tuteur & Lewis, P.C., a New Jersey-based public accounting firm, where he spent eight years providing audit and tax work for various financial services clients. Sean is a New Jersey licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Sean graduated from Rider University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Anna Oganesyan is Advisor to Endicott Growth Equity Partners, responsible for fundraising and investor relations. Previously, Anna was Head of Business Development at Flat World Partners. Additional prior experience includes seven years at Man Group in New York and London, where most recently she was Vice President within the Institutional Business Development team helping fundraise for Man’s Credit Strategies, and as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London.
Anna graduated from Yerevan State University with a B.A. in International Relations, from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with an L.L.M. in European and International Law, and from BPP Business School in London with an M.Sc. in Finance and Investment.
AJ Ross is an Associate at Endicott Group, responsible for the execution of the investment strategy, including financial analysis and the investment due diligence process. Prior to joining Endicott, AJ was an associate in the Technology Investment Banking group at Jefferies LLC, a global investment banking firm, focusing on M&A. Prior to his role in the Technology Investment Banking group, he served as an analyst in the Municipal Investment Banking group at Jefferies focusing on Securitizations and Project Finance.
AJ graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Economics.
Mina Melo joined Endicott Group in 2019. She has several years of managerial and administrative experience, having worked in sales and television prior to entering the finance industry. Mina graduated from CUNY – Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism.
Reid Nagle spends his time building businesses and training racehorses. Reid currently owns a rapidly growing regional transportation company, All-in Removal, and has a real estate business that owns and manages Black Prong, a recently-acquired equestrian RV park in north central Florida, and Big Lick Farm, a thoroughbred training center also in north central Florida. Reid was the Chairman and CEO of SNL Financial, the leading global sector specific purveyor of news and corporate, market and financial information, until 2010. After New Mountain Financial acquired a majority interest in SNL in 2011, he remained a director and was SNL’s second largest shareholder. In September 2015, SNL was sold to McGraw Hill Financial, when it had 3,300 employees working in 23 offices in 11 countries around the globe. Prior to starting SNL in 1987, Reid spent ten years in the financial services industry. He was the CFO of a New Jersey savings bank (also serving as vice chairman and CAO) and subsequently worked with the financial services and arbitrage affiliates of Ivan F. Boesky and Co.
Reid graduated with a B.A. from Georgetown University, and from Johns Hopkins University with an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Economy.
